I have been facilitating top level executive (CEO) peer groups since 2014, and helping their leadership teams to communicate more effectively and function more cohesively through additional training workshops. My background is in medical engineering, building & leading cross-functional teams, to solve highly complex technical issues. This background has allowed me to easily plug in with a business’s leadership team to help them implement the vision of where they are taking their company.
With twenty years of experience in working with individuals, teams, and leaders has led to my passion of working with successful, positive-minded, forward-thinking CEO’s and business owners, to facilitate the processing of issues and challenges that leaders typically find themselves dealing with. I approach each connection with the intention of building a partnership of trust, support, action and accountability. Renaissance Executive Forums is a global organization, founded in the USA 30 years ago. Its members are company CEOs and Presidents, by invitation only, who are assigned to Groups of 12 from non-competing businesses.
